In which currency are the prices shown on the site?

I have just placed an order, when will it be dispatched?
We Endeavour to dispatch items as quickly as possible. Please note that it takes 24 to 48 hours to process and dispatch your order. Our average dispatch time is between one to two weeks.
Tracking numbers are updated 24 to 48 hours after your order is dispatched. If you do not have a tracking number after 2 business days, please send an email to info@holmerwave.com.

I am not satisfied with my order, can it be returned? What if there is a problem?
We offer a 100% money back guarantee if the product is faulty or damaged. We give you 14 days to send it back to us for a full refund. You must return it at your own expense. Once we have received the product, we will refund the full amount of the original purchase price. Please include the name and order number on the returned parcel.
Please note: If your parcel is in transit, you will need to wait until it arrives and send it back before you receive a refund.

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order without penalty! You must cancel the order before it is dispatched. If the item has already been dispatched, please use our easy returns system to receive a full refund.

I have entered an incorrect address, what should I do?
If you have made a mistake or an incorrect address has been automatically filled in, simply reply to your order confirmation email. Once you have realised that the address provided is incorrect, please notify us by email at info@holmerwave.com. If the address provided is incorrect, we can change the address within 24 hours. No refunds will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect information.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary as we ship worldwide from different shipping centers, depending on your location. The average dispatch time is 7-15 working days.
